Geomembranes are the widely used across a variety of industries including waste containment, water containment, aquaculture, energy, mining, industrial and civil engineering, etc. OBOR brand geomembrane is the kind geosynthetic membrane that is made of top quality high grade polyethylene raw material, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging and UV-resistance component by the state of the art automatic production lines and advanced pressing technology. OBOR main geomembrane prodcuts include Smooth Geomembrane, Textured Geomembrane HDPE Liner, Composite Geomembrane Liner, etc. The smooth geomembrane is available in three different colors such as black, white and green. The textured geomembrane HDPE Liner can be fabricated with single or double-sided surface. ODM, OEM or customization are also available for your project demands.
Biogas geomembrane roof
The Double Membrane Gas storage cover is engineered and designed to meet all relevant European building standards. All Double Membrane Gas Storage Covers supplied with static calculations specific to the site location ensuring suitability for the desired application.
The static calculations take into account the wind- and snow-loads for the area and are based on the full system including the centre column, the tensioning belts and clamps and both the inner and outer membranes.
Biogas silo liners
A membrane liner in the biogas silo forms a watertight seal that separates the contents from the base and the wall. A liner is not only used in new situations, but also for the renovation of existing silos.
The type of membrane to be used is determined by the chemical properties of the silo's contents, but usually the high-quality HDPE Geomembrane.
