Our hdpe geomembrane pond liner is produced from recycled or virgin high density polyethylene resin by film blowing process, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti aging and UV resistance component, which with good flexibility, high tearing resistance, and UV stable property.

HDPE Geomembrane Application
(1) Aquaculture: Using the geomembrane anti-seepage feature; geomembrane liners can be used as fish ponds, shrimp pond, and other aquaculture.
(2) Landfill: HDPE geomembrane structure with smooth surface and textured surface, suitable for different sites, which is the most widely used in landfill anti-seepage engineering material. The use of main parts of the bottom of the landfill liner, landfill sealing cover, leachate regulating pool liner, etc.
(3) Water Treatment System: HDPE geomembrane is applied to the adjustment of the power plant and sewage treatment plants pool;and a series of water treatment systems.
(4) Mining: HDPE geomembrane suitable mining: washing pool, pool heap leaching, heap yard, dissolving tank, tank, storage area, the bottom line of the tailings seepage control, etc.

Note(2): Not recommended since the high temperature of the Std-OIT test produces an unrealistic result for some of the antioxidants in the UV exposed samples.

HDPE Geomembrane Installation Instructions
The geomembrane cannot be dragged and pull to avoid hurting by shrp objects during carring,
(1) It should be extended from bottom toward the top, cannot tightly pull, it should keep 1.5% margins for local stretching. To view actual conditions, the laying sequence from top to bottom is adopted for the slope.
(2) Two adjacent geomembrane's joints in the machine direction should not be on a level line, should be staggered over 1m. The overlap should be over 20cm.
(3) The joints in the machine direction should be over 1.5m apart from the foot of dam, turn, should be located at the plane.
(4) Laying order: first slope then bottom of site
(5) The direction of extened geomembrane should be basically parallel with the line of maximum slope when laying the slope.
